Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days from the initial order date.  If you choose USPS First Class shipping and opt for the lower shipping cost you are forfeiting the option to add the tracking capability that is included with other shipping options.  If you choose first class shipping and a package is lost or stolen after leaving our store we will not issue a refund.  If you choose any of the other shipping methods and a package is lost or stolen after leaving our store we will issue a refund for the entirety of your order.  If the carrier deems the package as delivered through their tracking portal we will assume you have received your package therefore it will not be eligible for a refund.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may bring to any of my customers.  Unfortunately as a small business owner every transaction can make or break the company and I have had too many people take advantage of my giving nature a force me to sacrifice the financial well being of my company simply because they didn't want to spend an extra few dollars and pay for a shipping method that included tracking.  I hope reading this helps answer any questions and look forward to serving you.
